What does our Marrakech VIP Lounge service provide?

The service provides access to the applicable lounge for passengers whose booking and eligibility have been confirmed. Its scope is lounge access, rather than priority through every airport stage or personalized accompaniment. Before choosing it, check the actual lounge arrangement for your journey and the conditions supplied with the booking.

Start with the need you want to meet: a booked lounge waiting environment, airport priority, or personal assistance. These are different choices. The word “VIP” does not make them interchangeable.

How much does lounge access cost?

The approved base price for our Marrakech lounge service is 700 MAD for an adult aged twelve or over and 350 MAD for a child aged two to under twelve. Infants under two are free. These are our published service prices, not a claim about another operator’s direct tariff or membership entitlement.

All prices displayed on this website are final prices, with VAT and applicable taxes included.

For one adult and one child, the base total is 1,050 MAD before any applicable booking adjustment. Check the final calculation for the selected passengers and date. Use Pricing for the complete four-service comparison.

A new booking less than 24 hours before service is subject to the approved 20% urgent surcharge. It does not guarantee availability or create an entitlement outside the confirmed conditions. Detailed reservation rules remain on Booking Information.

Is the lounge included with Fast Track or Meet & Greet?

No. Standalone Fast Track and standalone Meet & Greet do not automatically include a lounge. Lounge access must be selected separately or expressly included in the existing Meet & Greet + VIP Lounge offer. Read the selected product’s inclusions rather than inferring a lounge entitlement from priority or accompaniment.

Fast Track concerns priority at applicable confirmed stages. Meet & Greet concerns a personalized welcome, dedicated agent and practical accompaniment according to the confirmed scope. The existing Meet & Greet + VIP Lounge product combines accompaniment with lounge access explicitly included.

Buying lounge access alone does not promise an agent throughout the airport. It does not waive mandatory checks, change airline deadlines or include a private transfer or porter by default.

What lounge conditions must I confirm for my flight?

Confirm the applicable lounge, your flight’s eligibility, the permitted access time and the instructions or documents required for the booking. Ask about any feature essential to your decision. Do not assume that a different airline’s lounge entitlement or an older operator listing applies to the service you are buying.

A focused confirmation checklist is useful:

1. Is this lounge arrangement suitable for my actual flight and journey?
2. When may I enter, and what time conditions apply?
3. What confirmation or passenger information must I present?
4. Are all members of my party included in the confirmed booking?
5. Has any essential requirement been confirmed rather than inferred from an image?

If food, connectivity, a specific seating arrangement or another feature matters, ask about that feature explicitly. Confirm the current conditions that matter to your visit.

Can families and infants use the booked lounge?

Our approved passenger prices include adult, child and free infant categories, but the actual booking must still meet the confirmed lounge conditions. Include every traveller when discussing the reservation. If the family needs a specific facility or access arrangement, obtain confirmation instead of assuming it is present in every lounge.

The category boundaries are twelve years and over, two to under twelve, and under two. Keep those details accurate in the booking so the party and final price match.

What if I only want coffee or a snack?

Compare the verified conditions that matter to you, rather than assuming that every lounge includes a particular meal or that a café is available at your travel time.
