Meet & Greet VIP Service
Our Meet & Greet VIP Service is designed to provide passengers with a smooth, comfortable, and stress-free airport experience. Our dedicated agent will meet the passenger at the designated meeting point, holding a tablet displaying the passenger’s name, whether for departure or arrival.
For departures, the agent will assist the passenger from the moment they arrive at the airport until they reach the boarding gate. The assistance covers all the main airport procedures, including check-in, priority access to the E-Gate, customs, security scanning, and Passport Control. If the VIP Lounge is added to the booking, the agent will also assist the passenger with access to the lounge.
For arrivals, the agent will meet the passenger with a tablet displaying their name and assist them from Passport Control and Customs through all the remaining airport procedures until they reach the airport exit.
Throughout the entire journey, our agent remains available to provide guidance, information, and assistance whenever needed, allowing the passenger to travel with less stress, greater comfort, and a more enjoyable VIP experience.

Are lounge access, porter and transfer included?
Standalone Meet & Greet does not automatically include lounge access, a porter or a vehicle. Each must be an explicit inclusion or separately arranged. The existing Meet & Greet + VIP Lounge product includes lounge access as a combined offer; it should not be confused with standalone personalized airport assistance.
